The password arrives by email at 9am on Tuesday 10 November. You get one visit of 20 minutes, up to 3 of each piece, and no exchanges.
Questions
I’m already on your emails. Do I need to sign up again?
No. The password comes to the inbox you already get our emails at. Signing up again won’t send you two.
When does the password arrive?
At 9am on Tuesday 10 November. Check your promotions and junk folders too. If you join after 9am, up to midnight on Wednesday 11 November, it comes to you straight away.
Can I return or exchange Vault pieces?
Returns work just like our normal returns policy: you have 14 days from delivery to send pieces back. In the UK, a £3.95 return label fee is taken from your refund, and international returns are sent back at your own cost. We can’t exchange Vault pieces, so please check your size before you check out.
Can I use a discount code?
No. Codes, including the 10% welcome code, don’t work on Vault prices. They’re already lower than any code would take them.
How many can I buy?
Up to 3 of each piece, so there’s enough to go round.
What if I close the page while I’m inside?
Your 20 minutes keep running from the moment you enter, so have your sizes in mind before you open the Vault.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we deliver worldwide, with delivery added at checkout. UK standard delivery on Vault orders is £3.95.
