RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope you love everything you order from us! However, if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to return your items to us.

 

The returned items must be initiated within this 14-day window. Please note that items returned or requested outside of this timeframe may be rejected at the discretion of our team. For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return; any items that are worn, used, or damaged will be sent back to you.

 

All we ask is that items are in an unworn, unused condition and still fitted with their original tags and packaging, accompanied by your proof of purchase. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please upload clear photo evidence during your request so we can resolve this quickly for you.

 

We do not offer exchanges. All ordered items will need to be returned for a refund, and a new order placed for the item you wish to replace it with.

 

How to Return

 

To start your return, head to our Returns Portal — you must use the same email address used for the order, along with your Order Number, to begin.

 

  1. Select your items: Choose the items you’d like to return and your reason for return.
  2. Submit for review: Requests are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation form (RMA) and a pre-paid return label.
  3. Prepare your parcel: Place the RMA form inside your parcel with your Order Number clearly visible.
  4. Drop off: Attach the pre-paid label to your package and drop it off at Royal Mail. Please ensure you keep your proof of postage, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit without it.

 

 

Fees & Refunds
 

A £3.95 return handling and label fee will be automatically deducted from your refund total. We will issue your refund once the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please follow the steps below for all international returns.
 

To start your return, please reach out to our customer care team at [Your Email Address]. You must use the same email address used for the order and provide your Order Number to initiate the request.
 

  1. Select your items: In your email, please list the items you’d like to return and your reason for return. This helps us to improve our products!
  2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed by our team, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
  3. Shipping your return: As we do not currently have an automated system for international returns, you will need to arrange your own shipping to our warehouse. Your parcel is ready to be taken to your chosen courier once you have received confirmation from our team.
  4. Proof of Postage: We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
     

Fees

There are no additional restocking or handling fees for international returns; you are simply responsible for the cost of the return shipping with your chosen courier. We will refund you by the same method you used to pay once the item is received and inspected.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
