Shipping & Returns

emlavish ships all orders from our warehouse Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing before dispatch. The delivery timeframe depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

 

Next Day Delivery orders are processed the same day if placed before 2 PM, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed the next working day.

For international orders, processing time remains the same, but delivery times vary. Standard delivery to the EU takes 2-11 business days, while worldwide shipping can take 3-17 business days.

 

Returns for UK customers can be made through our Royal Mail Click & Drop International returns must be arranged through our customer care team.

All of our care instructions are on the care label, usually located on the right hand inner side seam of the garments.
