HOW DOES YOUR SIZING WORK?
We currently offer sizes 2XS - 4XL with the hopes to extend the sizing as much as possible in the near future.
- 2XS - UK 4
- XS - UK 6
- S - UK 8
- M - UK 10
- L - UK 12
- XL - UK 14
- 2XL - UK 16
- 3XL - UK 18
- 4XL - UK 20
If your size isn't available as an option online, please email the customer care team with the email title 'sizing request' and put the size you wish for in the email. This will help us to understand what our customers are missing from maebe.
HOW DO I WASH MY GARMENTS?
All of our care instructions are on the care label, usually located on the right hand inner side seam of the garments.
It is really important that these care instructions are followed to ensure your items stay in tact and are long lasting.
WHERE DO YOU PRODUCE YOUR GARMENTS?
It's really important to the maebe team that we are as transparent with our policies to our factories and open to our community, with why we produce items in specific places. There is a lot of stigma around production in certain countries and we want to change people's opinions on this by working with factories that offer the best standards to their workers, fair wages and follow all of our policies alongside producing high-quality garments for you to wear as much as you want.
We have created a transparency section on our website, that gives you a wider insight into our factories and why we choose to work with them.
THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHEN WILL IT BE BACK?
Although we can't share exact times of when items will be back in stock, you can be sure that we want all of our styles in as quickly as possible so you can wear your maebe pieces.
If your item or size is out of stock, please click your size and 'back in stock notification'. This will log a request with us, and as soon as your item is back in stock you will receive an email.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or amend any orders once they are placed, so it's really important that you check your address and details are correct before you purchase.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and the USA. We hope to offer to the rest of the world in the near future. Sign up to our mailing list to stay up to date with the news.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, please return the original item and place a new order
DO YOU CHARGE FOR RETURNS?
We would love to offer free returns in the future, however, for now we need to charge for returns. We have a set charge for UK orders of £2.50 that will be taken off the value of your return.
WHAT DO I DO IF ONE OF MY ITEMS IS FAULTY?
If you believe you have a piece has a fault upon delivery. Please trigger the returns process within 14 days of delivery in the returns portal and select 'faulty item' this will then ensure we know to do the correct checks in the warehouse.
If you believe your item is faulty after this period please email care@maebe.co.uk with your order number, name and description of the fault so they can assist you.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER DO I HAVE TO PAY VAT AND DUTY ON MY ORDER?
If you haven't received your order please email care@maebe.co.uk so they can assist you.
Please check your order carefully before placing as we cannot replace orders if the delivery address is incorrect.
HOW DO I SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM?
If you have questions that you can't get an answer to on our website, please email our customer care team via our contact page on the website.
Please allow up to 2 business days for a response, in busier periods this response time may be longer.
MY ORDER IS LATE... WHAT DO I DO?
All of our orders have a dispatch time and a shipping time. The shipping time shown at the checkout is once the item has dispatched from the warehouse.
Due to the high volume of orders that we have, it can take up to 4 working days to dispatch your items, although we aim to get these dispatched prior to this.
If you selected 'Next Day Delivery' upon checkout, this must have been done prior to 3pm on a working day to ensure it can be processed. If you order later than this it may miss the cut off and your package might then not arrive to you the next day.
