HOW DOES YOUR SIZING WORK?

We currently offer sizes S, M, L, S/M, M/L, L/XL, and One Size, with the hopes of expanding our sizing options in the future.

• L – UK 12
• S/M, M/L, L/XL and One Size – Flexible fit options


If your size isn’t available online, please email our customer care team with the subject “Sizing Request” and include the size you’re looking for. This helps us understand what our customers need from emlavish.
 

HOW DO I WASH MY GARMENTS?

All of our care instructions are on the care label, usually located on the right hand inner side seam of the garments. It is really important that these care instructions are followed to ensure your items stay in tact and are long lasting.
 

WHERE DO YOU PRODUCE YOUR GARMENTS?

At emlavish, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our clothing. We carefully produce and source our pieces from Italy, France, and Spain, ensuring they meet our high standards for design, fabric, and fit.


Our commitment is to bring you beautifully made garments that combine elegance with everyday wearability. Every piece reflects the expertise and heritage of the regions we source from, delivering timeless style with premium quality.
 

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHEN WILL IT BE BACK?

While we can’t guarantee exact restock dates, we’re always working to bring back your favourite emlavish pieces as quickly as possible. Stay tuned, We want you to enjoy our styles without the wait.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or amend any orders once they are placed, so it's really important that you check your address and details are correct before you purchase.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and the USA. We hope to offer to the rest of the world in the near future. Sign up to our mailing list to stay up to date with the news.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM? 

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, please return the original item and place a new order

DO YOU CHARGE FOR RETURNS?

We would love to offer free returns in the future, however, for now we need to charge for returns. We have a set charge for UK orders of £2.50 that will be taken off the value of your return.

WHAT DO I DO IF ONE OF MY ITEMS IS FAULTY?

If you believe you have a piece has a fault upon delivery. Please trigger the returns process within 14 days of delivery in the returns portal and select 'faulty item' this will then ensure we know to do the correct checks in the warehouse.

If you believe your item is faulty after this period please email care@maebe.co.uk with your order number, name and description of the fault so they can assist you.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER DO I HAVE TO PAY VAT AND DUTY ON MY ORDER?

If you haven't received your order please email care@maebe.co.uk so they can assist you.

Please check your order carefully before placing as we cannot replace orders if the delivery address is incorrect.

HOW DO I SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM?

If you have questions that you can't get an answer to on our website, please email our customer care team via our contact page on the website.

Please allow up to 2 business days for a response, in busier periods this response time may be longer.

MY ORDER IS LATE... WHAT DO I DO?

All of our orders have a dispatch time and a shipping time. The shipping time shown at the checkout is once the item has dispatched from the warehouse.

Due to the high volume of orders that we have, it can take up to 4 working days to dispatch your items, although we aim to get these dispatched prior to this.

If you selected 'Next Day Delivery' upon checkout, this must have been done prior to 3pm on a working day to ensure it can be processed. If you order later than this it may miss the cut off and your package might then not arrive to you the next day.
